Spring 1 - Saxons and Vikings
Within this topic children will explore who invaded Britain after the Romans... the Saxons and Vikings! Were they traders or raiders? How did they live? What was their impact on our lives today? These are all questions that the children will get to explore, using resources and research to help inform their opinions and views. Children will also get the opportunity to compare and contrast the Saxons and Vikings, in order to learn what their similarities and differences were.
